Ted Stickel BJJ Seminar GI and No GI Houston, TX April 2nd

2nd degree Gracie black belt Ted Stickel (awarded by Master Carlos Gracie Jr- founder of Gracie Barra) will be conducting both a GI and No GI seminar at Hoger MMA in Houston on April 2nd. Professor Stickel has been invited multiple times to the prestigious Abu Dhabi Combat Club in the United Arab Emirates and has won both Gold and Silver at the Pan Ams.

Prof. Stickel has been instructing bjj for over 20years and currently trains fighters in Gracie jiu-jitsu, and mixed martial arts. Students under Prof. Stickel have competed in most major BJJ tournaments and have brought home Medals from the Worlds, Pan Am’s, and U.S open. He has also trained current and former UFC fighters such as Sam Hoger and Julio Paulino.

Date: April 2nd

Time: Gi 10-12pm No GI 1-3pm

Cost: Both Gi and No Gi $60, only one $45
