EACH SESSION IS 3 HOURS OF INSTRUCTION FOLLOWED BY 1 HOUR OF CLOSELY SUPERVISED FREE MAT TIME IN WHICH THE WRESTLERS CAN ASK QUESTIONS AND EXPLORE IDEAS/TECHNIQUES. THERE WILL BE A 15 MINUTE BREAK HALFWAY THROUGH EACH INSTRUCTION PERIOD. IT IS ENCOURAGED FOR ALL WRESTLERS TO BRING SNACKS FOR BREAKTIMES AND A LUNCH FOR POST WORKOUT DOWNTIME. ALL WRESTLERS MUST BRING A WATERBOTTLE. NO SUPPLEMENTS OF ANY FORM ARE ALLOWED AND NO MEDICINES WITHOUT PERSCRIPTION OR PARENTAL CONSENT.
