SIZING
Please use the chart below. Choose the short with the size range that best suits your waist size. Thanks to the elastic, each size has some upward and downward flexibility in sizing.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash in cold water. Like all products with velcro that will pick up lint or snag on clothing in the wash, make sure the fly and waist strap are closed before washing - this will prolong the "stickiness" of the velcro and also prevent it from grabbing onto other articles in your laundry. Machine dry or air dry. To prevent the drawstring from accidentally pulling inside the waistband or being pulled out during washing/drying, tie double or triple knots in the ends just like you do with other athletic gear with drawstrings.
