On June 25th and 26th, a charity tournament in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will take place in Addison, Texas, at the “Greenhill School” (4141 Spring Valley Road). Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the fastest growing martial arts in the country, and at this opportunity the event will benefit “Kick-Start Foundation”. Kick-Start is a non-profit organization created by celebrity and martial arts legend Chuck Norris, with the mission of teaching discipline and life skills through martial arts to inner city children. Their goal is to provide a safe and positive activity to stray children away from drugs and gang activities. Organizer of the event Carlos Machado is proud to contribute to this honorable cause.
